Construction technical supervisor's compulsory third party liability insurance

What is it?

This insurance provides financial protection to companies or natural persons who carry out technical maintenance of the construction works when the recipient of the service or a third person submits a claim due to improperly rendered services.

What is insured?

The monetary interests of the insured related to the insurer’s civil liability for damage caused to third parties which arose during the validity period of the insurance contract and for a period determined by the parties which may not be less than two years regarding the technical maintenance of the construction works carried out during the validity period of the insurance contract.

What is the term of the insurance contract?

The insurance contract for one object is concluded from the beginning of the maintenance of the construction of the building (the beginning of the construction of the building) to the end (the completion of the construction works or the date of signing the completion declaration).
